Spokane, WA – (October 23, 2023) – Thrive Precision Health (formerly Thrive Global Biosafety and China New Energy Group Company (with subsidiary Thrive Testing and Biosafety Inc., “CNER” or "Company") (OTC-Pink-Alternative Reporting Pink: CNER) announced the closing of a private financing of the Company of USD$705,922.47.

The financing, in summary, took the form of a private transaction whereby the Company issued restricted common stock priced at $0.01 per share for total proceeds of $705,922.47.00 dollars. Included in this amount is the conversion of $102,500.00 Convertible Promissory Notes previously disclosed in the 2023 Q2 financial report and the accrued interest at 6% annualized for a total converted accrued interest of $3,422.47. The Company anticipates using the proceeds for operations, general working capital, marketing and public company regulatory compliance services and expenses.
